The annual family outing is one of our favorite events of the year. The Venerini Sisters graciously welcome us to Rosemont each summer for a fun-filled day of food and camaraderie. Friends, families, volunteers and staff gather together to enjoy a barbeque lunch while catching up on current affairs, as well as reminiscing about times gone by. This year, the weather was kind and gave us a gorgeous blue sky illuminated in bright rays of sunshine poking out behind white puffy clouds. Conditions were perfect for friendly matches of horseshoes, croquet and bocce. Amanda placed first in the horseshoe competition.
